Description

CentraState Heatlhcare System is comprised of an acute-care medical center licensed for 284 beds; three senior living facilities, Applewood Estates, Monmouth Crossing and The Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center; the Family Medicine Center, and CentraState Healthcare Foundation. 

CentraState Medical Center became a teaching hospital in 2005 with the launch of its Family Medicine Residency Program in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
