Click on the video's thumbnail graphic, and it will launch your phone's media player.
2. Do I need to install anything on the phone to play videos?
No, the videos are played in the built-in media player of the phone.
3. What type of handset do I need to use this site?
You need a handset that supports streaming video (RTSP/3GP with H263/AMR).
4. How do I upload a video from my phone?
You can upload videos directly to YouTube from your phone using MMS. Sign in to YouTube from your computer, then visit http://www.youtube.com/mobile to create a upload profile.
5. Will I be charged for using YouTube Mobile?
YouTube does not charge users to access the mobile website. However, you might be charged by your service provider for the data used. It's a good idea to have a flat rate data plan if you intend to use YouTube.
6. My phone does not support streaming. Can I download the video?
YouTube is designed to be a streamed experience. We do not support downloading of videos.
7. How do I create an account?
To become a member of YouTube, go to the
Sign Up page, choose a username and password, and enter your information. Then click the sign up button and you're done.
8. I never received my confirmation email. What happened?
If you have just joined YouTube, the confirmation link is included in the Welcome email you received after signing up. If you were already a member of YouTube and are now confirming your email, you will receive a separate confirmation email.
If you don't receive either the welcome or confirmation email when you expect to, check in your email client's spam folder. Check if you allow to receive e-mails from youtube.com domain in your phone. If you still haven't received it after several hours, you can try confirming your email again with a different email address.
