Hello Pilates lovers!! I'm very excited to bring you The Gentle Seven - where we will do one class per day, for seven days. The focus for the next seven day is to come back to fundamentals, focus on your form, posture and breath. Whether you are an experienced Pilates practitioner, or just starting out on your Pilates or fitness journey I think the next seven days will benefit you! So, welcome to Day 1, and I can't wait to spend the next seven days with you!
