Yes, some of it is due to aging & loss of collagen; however, consistent guasha has done so much more to sculpt & contour my face shape. Guasha is an ancient Chinese therapeutic practice that involves gentle scraping or stroking motions on the skin's surface to promote circulation, release tension, and restore balance. I learned these techniques from growing up in China and while guasha makes this exercise easier, you can also use the power of your fingers.
