WHOA is an artist who brings music to people in ways that have never been done.  She is an artist with a mission who has beat the odds and cannot be easily placed into any category.  
A Statement from WHOA:
"As humans, we tend to focus on external forces as the cause of cultural and societal issues. My experiences led me to thrive using a more internalized method. My name and path has been WHOA and is something I hope to now share with the world.
