Who is RED GRANT?
Rodney Red Grant is running for DC City Council At Large in   the June 4th Democratic Primary. Mr. Grant is a D.C. Native and is an entrepreneur and has successfully run his own production company for over 2 decades. He is also a humanitarian and most proud of his youth outreach program “Don't Shoot Guns, Shoot Cameras”. Mr. Grant is a family man who has been married over 16 years and has his youngest daughter enrolled in a DC Public School. As Councilman, Mr. Grant plans to put the community needs first even if the decision is not personally or politically advantageous. He is committed to creating public safety, criminal justice reform and mental health programs that protect and serve our communities. He will also prioritize implementing real youth and seniors programs, tackling the problems of real displaced citizens, and homelessness; and creating real affordable housing.
