GRIZZLY TALES read by Jamie Rix

These are short stories written for children. They combine horror and comedy to create a series of grotesque cautionary tales about badly behaved children and the horrible comeuppances that befall them when they don’t change their ways. 

This is the first time these stories have been read by the author, Jamie Rix.

There are over 110 tales published  in twelve volumes; Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids, Ghostly Tales for Ghastly Kids, Fearsome Tales for Fiendish Kids and More Grizzly Tales for Gruesome Kids. More recently Orion Children's Books has published eight collections under the title Grizzly Tales; Nasty Little Beasts, Gruesome Grown Ups, The “ME!” Monsters, Freaks of Nature, Blubbers and Sicksters, Terror-Time Toys!, Superzeroes and The Gnaughty Gnomes of “No!”

The stories have been adapted as animations for CITV and Nickelodeon, winning several BAFTAs and a Broadcast Award for Best Children’s Programme of 2012.
