This is my WW weight loss journey. Follow me as I travel down the challenge of losing years of gained weight, and share my life!  I was an on-again/off-again weight watcher until January 1, 2016 -- the day I committed to losing 150 pounds. It's taken me a long time to become mentally prepared for this. So many life events caused me to stall out, but I'm still committed to losing this weight once and for all! 

This is a lifetime journey. Through this channel, I'll share what I eat and what I'm dealing with. I'm just like you -- with real-life difficulties, successes and failures. Hopefully, I can inspire and help others throughout my life. Your feedback is always welcome. Let's help each other!
