I am a mother to 3 beautiful boys and a Career Strategist (in that order) helping professional women make confident career moves all while raising a family. 

My journey into the field of Career Coaching really begin while working as a Work Life Balance coordinator at MTV Networks in New York City. It was there that I started paying close attention to the different dynamics that affect career growth and satisfaction. I was privileged in the sense that I loved the company that I worked for but found myself coaching people around me who didn't feel as satisfied as I did in my career path. Flashback to 11 years later, after many life changes, career transitions and relocations, I have made it my mission to help working mothers align their work with what they value and prioritize.
