Hey! My name is Denvyr (like the city !) and I'm a 5'11" tall girl dietitian & strength coach, which means I help you build a body you're proud of without sacrificing your relationship with food. So, no weird fasting. No cutting out carbs. No being hangry 24/7 & obsessed with food. 

After spending most of my life as a volleyball player (shoutout to my tall girls) and struggling with food and my body, I realized that tall women have no idea that our metabolisms are different. We require more calories than the average woman, which is why typical meal plans leave us hungry and always regaining weight.
