Tender and full flavoured boneless chicken breasts cook perfectly!
I think most folks truly underestimate the importance of baking chicken in a hot oven. If the oven isn't hot enough only in the 350° to 400°F range the chicken will overcook before it can brown. At 425°F, the chicken is well browned yet still juicy after about an hour. For the best skin, heat the oven to 425°F.
Rinse your chicken breast, removed all the excess fat from the meat.
In a bowl add olive oil, sprinkle a dash of salt ( keep it low sodium ) add fresh squeezed lemon juice, crushed garlic, chopped herbs Like parsley, basil 🌿 thyme, scotched bonnet Sauce, onion powder, mojo marinade add our kitchen Royalty spices or whatever healthy spices you have In your pantry without chemicals to form a paste to seasoned your chicken breast. Brush the paste all over your chicken breast.
You can use whatever veggies you like, add olive oil add your seasonings over your veggies, sprinkle a dash of salt ( keep it low sodium )
Once you place your chicken breast In a baking pan or Aluminum pan, put it under the oven on 425°F. After 30 mins remove the broth and save It to pour just enough over your chicken breast. Do not let all that juicy seasoned broth dry out.
After your chicken Is cooked and browned you are ready to eat this beautiful healthy dish you cooked.
