You can make me cook all day but not bake! I just never really go into it as much as cooking. Therefore, I only know how to do a few desserts - and most of them are no bake stuff. I've been making this mango ice box cake for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the Philippines, mangoes were everywhere so it's only inevitable that I make mango desserts.
