The purpose and my intent for these videos is to aid in the healing as well as the energetic support of the collective energy. Being able to relax helps to aid in stress relief, the relief of muscle tension.. All of these things play a big part in our overall spiritual, mental and physical health. I also like to incorporate specific colors/colored lighting into videos with the intent to bring in the energy of those colors into the session for healing purposes. 

I’d like to give full credit for my opening Reiki prayer in my earlier videos to Jillian, aka Lune Innate. Jillian was my Reiki teacher through Teacher level: her prayer and way of intention setting in terms of wordage is one of many things I learned from her during my time under her teaching. I am forever grateful for the privilege of being her student. 🙏💙
