Swan in the Lotus Yoga and Wellness

Hello! My name is Molly! I am the Founder of Swan in the Lotus Yoga and Wellness, LLC!  I am a Women’s Embodiment Coach and Bhakti - Infused Yoga Teacher.

Wellness and yoga came into my life almost 20 years ago and every day I am grateful for these practices, as they have helped me through healing my pelvic floor condition (ongoing), IBS, stress and anxiety, burnout, and so much more.
Through my journey, I have realized that it is my purpose to share this knowledge and my story with you. 

My mission is help you through your own journey towards healing, understand that you are normal, and help you gain knowledge to discover an issue with your pelvic floor or work through a pre-existing condition.
