Mindy Entrup’s Parkinson’s exercise

My name is Mindy Entrup.  I am a Physical Therapist with a passion for treating patient's with Parkinson's.  I have more than 20 years  of experience as a PT, and the last 10 years with an emphasis in treating those with the disease.  I currently teach 2 community exercise classes each week and also work full time in the home health setting.  I am certified in two  Parkinson's related treatment regimens:  LSVT BIG and PWR! (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery).   During the pandemic, I began to record exercise classes from my basement and those were uploaded by the company I work for on their site.  I realized that my videos were being seen around the world and I received requests for new content.   And thus, this channel is born.  I plan to upload one video a week with a specific topic and go from there.  There will be exercises for all levels and stages of the disease process.    I will also provide education in my videos that will be helpful in improving function.
