Daily we are faced with the challenges of the real world or what we call reality, this physical world of cause and effect, one which we constantly need to fight in order to maintain our way of life and trying to get ahead. Rarely however is there any discussion or recognition of the true battle, the great war which resides deeply within each of us. The battle of our mind, a mind which if left unchecked and untrained can steer a person down dark paths such as anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide, and general lack of worthiness in the world.
