I, Mila, am glad to welcome you on the “Notes of a Naturist” channel. 

The purpose of the channel is to promote the practice of naturism with the aim of promoting self-respect, respect for others and respect for the environment, promoting the physical and mental health of people in nature, supporting initiatives that nourish the body, mind and soul, and oppose everything that can to do harm.
