This channel By Dr. X is dedicated to illuminating the illegal aspects of Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT) Ops and Counter-Terrorism Ops run in part thru DHS-funded Threat Fusion Centers. Post-Patriot Act, the rogue operators within the intelligence community began targeting innocent Americans as "Potential Threats" & "Terrorists." 

Federal agencies then began to farm out contracts to Private Intelligence Agencies owned by retired federal cronies to overtly "monitor" & harass the "targets." This illegal protocol constitutes grave human rights violations & facilitates what legally can be referred to as a "pattern of abuse" directed towards the "targets." 

This protocol is referred to as "The Program" in the Intel Community & Gang-Stalking on the street.

Who are the players? DOJ, DHS, FBI, JTTF, InfraGard, DHS-trained & Militarized EMS, Fire & Utility personnel & anyone else the FBI can coerce, compromise or compensate - at the expense of US Taxpayers.
