Italian Culinary Tours (ICT) provides trips to Tuscany, the island of Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, and the Northern Dolomite Mountains of Italy for culinary artists, curious travelers, and those looking for their next adventure. They will experience Italian culture through 8- to 14-day interactive tours visiting wineries, local farms, medieval towns, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Our guests stay at countryside villas, quaint, upscale hotels, and/or multi-generational, family-run inns with personal Italian chefs collaborating with willing guests to create regional dishes to enjoy every day. 

ICT originated in 2014 by an Italian himself, chef Robert Gaglio, to enrich people's lives with the culture of Italy.
