Welcome to my "Conversations in the Kitchen" talk show! I am Elaine Seidel, a deeply passionate & seasoned Fusion Vinyasa Yoga teacher, with a strong interest in helping people find tools to better health.
In 2020, I started an uplifting community-based zoom series, "Conversations in the Kitchen",
featuring special guests, who share inspiring healthy, mindful life-skills, through storytelling.Inspired by the challenge of isolation during the lockdowns of Covid, I felt a deep desire to bring the community together and show when we are faced with diversity, we have the power to heal & help each other.Thus, I started these virtual Kitchen conversations, with my very own cancer story and return to health, through my Journey of hope and perseverance, embracing life & participating in my health. I welcome YOU ALL to my Kitchen chats, for Inspiration, Education & some nourishing Entertainment!
