There is the time distance from the start of the company, and then there's the geographical distance from the regional or HQ, or where most of the decision matters. The most obvious distance is time, right? Because time, all of us experience it, it moves in a straight line. So the company starts, let's say in 2010, now it's 2024, there is going to be a difference in distance. And what happens then is that when that knowledge gets lost because of that.
