A Picture In Motion is a looping film made from footage [recorded images, such as film stock, videotapes or digitized clips] which aims to be appreciated within the tradition of the art form called Video Art.

Ofill’s Pictures in Motion consists of fragments of urban and real-time life encapsulated in a single moving photograph (without sound, mainly) that is executed in loop mode and is presented at most as a moving art picture; Except in some cases where the work allows its screening.
