A list of the sets that made us laugh or cry. Sometimes it's a train falling off the track causing havoc or its a 3 year old deciding a whole section of the wooden railway needs to change - but every week is a new adventure. Once we have finished building with the IKEA train sets we send our little green BRIO engine around the track. We may even have a Thomas the Tank Engine toy train coming soon! And the thought of creating some new model scenery to go with a bran new station is tempting to!
See every weeks super fast build from when we had just a couple of tracks right up to the current week. Our IKEA wooden railways are getting crazier all the time. Each week two new train sets are added and we see what we can create. Who ever said these were kids toys? Not us -- we see it as fun for the whole family.
Check out our little green Brio Engine chugging along the different tracks we build. This one is going to build to a big ending! We are being a little bit cheeky with the "to be continued" but bear with us it will be worth it! See how well the Brio engine goes up the mountain railways, across the wooden bridges and over the classic arches. Lots of fun for the whole family, kids, adults, toys, fun, what more could you ask for?
A series of experiments to see what kind of fun and crazy things we can do with our little toy trains. We have a few ideas which might make you ask "But why?" - well the answer is - just for fun. Lets see what we can do with a wooden railway and our imaginations. You never know - if some of these work we'll include them in the bigger train tracks!
Thomas is searching for Tidmouth sheds. Let's see if he finds it in the end. Our little battery powered Thomas the Tank Engine winds his way around our weekly tracks. Check out the weekly track build to see the full track.
