You have to try this chocolate Chuckles cake
Basically, it’s just a vehicle for Chuckles! We made this chocolate cake with the sole intent to LOAD it with all of the Chuckles. https://bit.ly/2vGKuCX (And we are so OK with that.) Ingredients: 280 g flour 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1Ž2 tsp salt 115 g butter 100 g white sugar 100 g brown sugar 3 free range eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 cup buttermilk 100 g 70% dark chocolate, melted 1 cup espresso Method: 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease 1 x 20 cm springform cake tin. 2 Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a bowl. Using an electric beater, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3 Add the eggs, vanilla and buttermilk to the sugar mixture and beat until well incorporated. Mix in the chocolate and coffee. 4 Gently fold in the dry ingredients and pour into the cake tins. Bake for 30 minutes, then set aside to cool. 5 Spread over your favourite chocolate icing or ganache, or even the contents of a jar of Nutella. Top with assorted Woolworths chuckles and serve.
