The Complaints Department

We believe that life is a party. It's seldom a dull moment and we love people. We're idiots, so come to our shows and raise your self esteem. 

The Complaints Department came together in February 2009, and is a Tokyo-based band made up of a Canadian, an American and Japanese nationals. Each member comes with different musical interests and influences, producing a unique style of alternative music. Furious song-writing/ re-writing and relentless behind-the-scenes plans are a part of TCD life. The Complaints Department rehearses weekly and performs live with other Tokyo-based indie bands, steadily building a local following. TCD concentrates on writing songs in English and Japanese to appeal to its entire audience. The band is looking to the future with a renewed energy and enthusiasm. 

コンデパは2009年2月に結成して、東京で活動しています。バンドメンバーはカナダ人、アメリカ人と日本人です。メンバーはさまざまな音楽の影響を受けているので、TCDの音楽は面白いポップパンクです。2009年の前半はスタジオで音作りをして、毎回のライブで感触を掴んでいきました。コンデパは楽しくリハーサル(練習)して、英語と日本語でいい曲を作り、面白いパフォーマンスを見せたいと思っています。
