Mountain Sky Conference of The United Methodist Church

The Mountain Sky Area of The United Methodist encompasses two regional, annual conferences: Rocky Mountain and Yellowstone. The Episcopal Area includes churches in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and one church in Idaho.

The Rocky Mountain Conference is comprised of more than 260 churches in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming across six smaller geographic divisions called "districts." These districts are Metropolitan, Mile High Pikes Peak, the Peaks & Plains, Trinity, Utah/Western Colorado, and Wyoming.

The Yellowstone Annual Conference is made up of 126 churches in Montana, northern Wyoming and a small section of Idaho with a total of 13,602 lay members. The Conference is divided into three districts: Western Mountains, Northern Plains and the Big Horn.
