Is Trump Saying Bigly or Big League?

During 2016 GOP primary campaign, the self declared Multi Billionaire Donald Trump was seen & heard using some words that sound like Bigly or Big League. 

His campaign spokes person had refused to clarify what the, now, GOP's presumptive nominee was actually saying. 

or it is just Trump thing-ing!
