UKRAINE: Democrats, Chuck Schumer admit NO quid pro quo with Trump (though yes for Joe Biden!)

Democrats are terrified to release information about the Ukraine whistleblower, but why? Don't they WANT his story to be heard? In reality, Democrats are accusing President Trump of quid pro quo, which is the exact thing that Joe Biden was actually caught doing: he threatened to withhold one billion dollars if the Ukraine investigation into Hunter Biden and Burisma wasn't stopped. But when Democrats, like Chuck Schumer, claim the whistleblower actually was concerned about the direction President Trump was taking policy there, they're essentially saying they admit Trump did not commit quid pro quo.
